Hashing is a very secure process done on blockchain to convert your private keys into secret codes that are accessible only by you. After your death, your beneficiary may be able to unlock the private key by using the secret code from the second key that you have assigned to them. It is like locking and unlocking a safe deposit box by using multiple keys. Anyone with half the key cannot unlock the wallet. It is a very safe and secure process of allowing your beneficiaries to access your assets after your demise.
