You should not deliberately allow multiple Wills to exist as this will complicate claims by your beneficiaries. The latest dated Will or the earliest executed Will may take precedence over another. However, this may come to be challenged by parties to the non-executed Will and it certainly complicates the matter. All your beneficiary’s inheritance may come to be at risk if this happens. So, to prevent this, we recommend that you assign your crypto asset distribution via Octowill system only.
