Refund Policy

Octowill practices total transparency in all our dealings; this includes our No Refund Policy. 

The process of creating your Will or e-Nomination is unique and is fully digital. The Process allows you to write and review your final documents in its entirety. You can go back and change or make any amendments before finalising the purchase. 

For Partial Payment:

You must complete the Will / eNomination within 6 (six) months after first payment, after which the system will automatically void the sale and there shall be no refund. 

Our customers are are given every opportunity to read their final document before committing to make full payment. as such, when the payment is made, it is deemed that the customer has fully accepted the output as the final document and that it requires no further change. Therefore all purchases are non refundable.
