There may be 2 types of claims that one may experience:

1- For Wills  - The beneficiary may contact Octowill or any of our appointed Lawyer to begin the process of executing the Will.

The Named Executor (or our Lawyers will assist the executor) must Submit the Original Death Certificate along with the Original Will and file the application for a Grant of Probate. Only Upon receiving this, the executor may begin the process of distributing the assets to the named beneficiaries in the Will. 

2- For eNominations - The named Nominee can file a claim by approaching the service provider and provide the neccessary paperworks (this will be different to each service provider) along with the Nomination agreement or, they can just register the claim with Octowill (via Octowill online claim system) We will handle the entire process on behalf of the Nominee.
