You should not include any properties that does not belong to you at the time of death such as assets that are under your Trust as they belong to the trust or any assets such as Bank accounts insurance policies, Retirement accounts that you already have nominated a beneficiary, unless you revoke that nomination and/or removed the pre selected survivorship.
