How to write the Hibah Amanah:

1- Log in to Octowill (or) E-Wasiyyah portal & Verify your personal details (edit if necessary).
2- Add your own Trustee (Note) a secondary Trustee is assigned automatically.
3- Build a list of all your beneficiaries
4- Build a list of the assets you want to give as Hibah. Select the type & category of the assets, then fill in the details clearly.
5- Enter (%) beneficiary to each of the asset, ensure the total is 100% and Repeat the process until all assets and beneficiaries are in the Hibah.
6- Add your witness details & select your witness (minimum 2), then Check preview and read your Hibah Amanah.

Accept the terms & make payment. DOWNLOAD the Hibah Amanah and PRINT, then SIGN it accordingly.

"(1)" The Asset Holder, "(2)" The Giver (you), "(3)" The Trustee "(4)" at least 2 witness.
