Yes and No, According to the Islamic Law of Inheritance:

If you have a Will (Wasiyyah), you can give 1/3 of your asset to anyone including an adopted child thru that wasiyyah.

You can also give 100% of any asset to the adopted Child via a Hibah

If you have NO Wasiyyah (Will) then the adopted Child WILL NOT BE ENTITLED to anything.
