It is a fiduciary relationship between a Grantor (the Settlor), the Trustees and the beneficiaries.

Upon entering into a trust deed with the trustee, the Grantor transfers administration of the assets (i.e. cash, real estate, bond, etc) to the trustees who will then manage the asset according to instructions in "the Trust Deed" for the benefit to the Beneficiaries of the trust.

  • The deed will include all instruction regarding administration and distribution of your assets & its earnings.
  • You can appoint yourself as the beneficiary of the trust.
  • You can appoint your self as the Trustee or a Co-Trustee of the Trust
